Meghan Snee is a 5th grade teacher who has been teaching in Pembroke for 12 years. She enjoys integrating technology into her classroom, learning alongside her students. Her experience traveling to over 40 countries has given her an understanding of the importance of being connected globally. Meghan developed the Math Maniacs, a math club where 5th and 6th graders mentor students in grades 1 - 4. Currently, over 250 students participate in this program. This year, she has integrated the use of technology and the mentors are creating interactive lessons and video tutorials to enhance the learning. Meghan has provided professional development, training, workshops, and presentations on the use of 21st Century web tools. She enjoys sharing her passion for technology and collaborating with other educators. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and a Master's Degree in Education from Fitchburg University.
