After completing her master’s degree, Katrina served as the Director of Curriculum Development and Director of Education of WorldTeach, a small international education non-profit that sends volunteers overseas to teach English, math and science in Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Pacific Islands. Katrina left WorldTeach in 2012 to return to the Peace Corps as a Field Based Recruiter in Boston.
